My guinea pig ate the corner of a plastic Timothy Hay bag.  Can this be fatal?

Just eating the corner of plastic isn't fatal. If it is a large amount then it can be fatal. It is normal for them to sometime get a hold of plastic and chew on it. But a small amount is nothing to worry about, a large amount on the other hand are fatal.
