my ginnie pig has  just got  a white  scrach on his  ear and its  goses onto his neck it doesnt  hurt him but  it  just appeared he  is  fine eating  drinking .

you say it's a white scratch, maybe he scratched himself on something. If it's not hurting him when you touch it and it doesn't seem to bother him, then I would leave it alone. If he's acting normal it may have been just a scratch he got form doing something. I wouldn't worry too much about it though :)
