Hi,
My guinea pig (Honey) just gave birth to three pups. One of them (Sugar) is not eating. I'm really scared as she is one week old and both her sister and brother are eating.

The only thing I can really advise you to do is to get your vet's help.

However, please find below a link that tells you how to syringe feed sugar to see if that helps too.
