Sick ?

We just got a GP  for my son and I am not sure if he is sick. He is eating and drinking but I just noticed he has 2 lumps under his neck. Feels like two small marbles. Is this normal? like a pouch to store food? Or should I take back to the store, since they offer 15 days "warranty". My son loves the GP and I would prefer not to take him back. thanks for the help.

Guinea pigs dont have pouches so this isnt the problem.

I always recommend getting lumps checked, whether this is at the store or a vet but I would expect the pig has been chewing under his neck causing abcesses which is relatively easy to treat.
