Guinea pig-labor

I have a pregnant guinea pig. I'm not sure how to tell if shes in labor or not.  There are 4 or 5 pieces of bloody bedding in her cage and I'm not sure what this could be.  Please let me know if she's in labor or not.  Please and thank you.

This could actually be a bad sign. Guinea pigs shouldn't bleed at all during pregnancy, they may bleed a very little amount afterwards, but none before.
Check she is definitely pregnant as if not this may just be because she is in season - otherwise it may be that she has had some sort of problems with her pregnancy.
