Guinea Pig wont eat fresh food

We have had a young male guinea pig for 10 days.  He seems fit and happy but won't eat any fresh fruits or vegetables.  We have tried parsley, bell pepper, tomato, orange,romaine, kale, carrot, and apricot.  He won't take even a bit of any of them.  He is eating his pellets and drinking water.  Any suggestions on how to get him to try some fresh food.  I'm worried he won't get enough Vitamin C if he won't eat fresh food. Thanks for your  help.

I feel sure that your new piggy will start to eat fresh food soon. He is still settling into his new surroundings.

Regarding the vitamins, you could add some drops to his food while you wait for him to eat veggies, although most dry mixes come with added vitamin c these days.
