My guinea pigs eye

My guinea pig has white stuff leaking out of his eye every time he cleans himself or "fluffs" up his fur. Do you think his eyes could be infected? Please help. Thanks!

This sounds like it is a infection you will have to get eyedrops for him and use htem as directed on the bottle
If the infection worsens then taking him to a vet will be neccesary
