GUINEA PIG HELP- NEED REPLY URGENTLY

Question
Hi this is maddy again.
I have another problem with one of my guinea pigs. this one is called fluffball, she is 6years old and has come down recently with diarrhea, she is all puffed up. I have separated her from the others, and washed her, but the poop came back pretty quickly. She is still eating. I heard this can occur also by a change of diet, so i put her original hay back in today.
I need to know what to, my original instinct is to bring her to the vet, but he is not open at the moment. is there anything i can do for the moment?

ALSO- piglets hair is growing back so the mites are gone. I will wash her and treat her with ivomec for another couple days though.
Thanks

Answer
change in diet is common, keep her on dried foods (if you're not already) no greens at all including grass grazing. it might be worth leaving her on this for a day or two and see if it clears up, if not then to the vet she must go, it was a good idea to seperate her, if she has an illness then there is no point risking further exposure of the others.

if she is eating and drinking fine then it is probably just be her age and the change of diet.
