Question
Update:   I've had 2 boars in cages next to each other for about a month. I put them together for about 1 week but decided to separate them about a week ago. I'm not sure if I made the right decision. I decide to introduce them again today. The video shows the most aggressive behavior I saw. It was on and off.  One would chase and mount the other like this for a few minutes, then they would lay either next to each other or on separate sides of the cage. Is this normal? If this is still going on in a couple of weeks, is it safe to leave them together? Thanks!!!

Answer
Are you REALLY sure that black pig is a boar? Cause the white one doesn't seem to think so. I don't see this as an aggression problem, this is either just a dominance thing or the white guy really really likes his roommate! (Okay-I'm poking just a little fun at your pigs)

Seriously I do not see anything that looks like aggressive behavior. If it were the black pig would have let the 'aggressor' know in a heartbeat that he wasn't having any part of that.  I think it's safe to leave them together. That behavior will stop after awhile once it's realized that it's useless. They actually look like they have no issues together at all.  There was no growling, hair standing, bum swaying, nothing that looked like an attempt to start trouble.
