what do i do if i stepped on my hamster and it is not moving or eating?

thank you for your question.
I'm afraid your hamster is dying and you must see a vet with it as soon as possible. I'm not sure if the vet can do something to rescue it, but at least it can be put down and does not need to suffer any more.
