Hamster puking blood?! HELP

The past couple weeks when I have cleaned my hamster's cage I've been noticing a group of red shavings that harden. I'm concerned about her maybe puking up blood but I don't know if this is possible. Because of money issues, I can't take her to the vet so I thought I would ask here instead. Please help.

      Red shavings that harden... well this sounds like your hamster is eating the bedding and it's stomach is rejecting. the bedding could very well be upseting the inside of your hamsters stomach, that is why there apears to be blood in it. My best suggestion is switch it a softer bedding that won't irritate the stomach as much if your hamster eats it.
