hamster red spots

my hamster has red spots on his stomache that are scattered and they are getting bigger

I'm afraid I've not come across this before. But, any condition that is getting worse should be investigated by a vet who may need to get him on antibiotics.

Is your hamster eating/drinking normally?  Is he looking 'dull' or is he active.  Is he hunched up at all?

I would advise giving your local vet a call to see if you can get an appointment to get this checked out.
