hi im gina. i have many hamsters but one of them has me worried. in one of the cages the hamster can get out so i put a clip. every time he tries to get out he pushes the door with his nose. after a while i saw that ha lost all his hair above his nose. is this normal? do i put any medication on it?

Unfortunately this is just hamster behavior.  You can try switching to a glass or plastic cage.  Another alternative is to rub the bars with lemon juice or hot sauce to deter him from chewing.  Also, try switching up his chew toys as hamsters can be picky and the behavior may be due to uncomfortable overgrown teeth.  Put a little antibiotic ointment (neosporin) on the spot on his nose to help it heal faster.
