male hamster genitals

Question
I have two male hamster's in one cage and they seem to get along just fine. However, I cannot seem to get any answers from anyone about a little problem that I have noticed with both of them. Their "male part" if you will is sticking out and has been for a couple of weeks. Other then this they seem to be fine. I know you don't answer medical questions, but since you have had hamsters a lot longer then I, you might know what I am talking about.

thank you for your question.
Adult male hamster have huge genitals, that's perfectly normal. They grow even bigger when it's warm (to cool them down). People often think the hamster has a tumor or something when they see it for the first time.
But I really recommend seperating the hamsters. They will fight eventually and you may well end up with a dead or at least hurt hamster.
