If a dwarf hampster's fingernail gets cut off, will it grow back?

thank you for your question.
Fingernails/claws will grow back. But you need to amke sure they are not cut too short or it will bleed and it's painful for the hamster. If you are unsude how to do it, let a vet show you.
A tile or rough stone placed under the water or food dish will help keeping the nails short.
