CONFUSED

ummm like i have has two syrians together for 14 months and nothing has happened.... is something like wrong w/ them?

Hi Polly,

Nearly every time, Syrian hamsters, when kept together in one cage, will fight.  It's very surprising that yours aren't fighting.  That doesn't mean anything's wrong with them; they could just be very placid, laid-back hamsters.  Unless they begin fighting, you can keep them together.  (It's very rare for them not to fight, but I suppose there's always an exception!)
