gerbils having babies again!

Hi i have a gerbil who has had babies in feb,and living happily with 2 of the girls left over.now she is preg again,will i have to seperate her from the two daughters or will the new babies be safe in there company?thanx

Dear Trudy,

The girls are now grown enough to be on their own. So the mother gerbil will probably feel stressed. So sell the girls or put the girls in a separate cage until the babies are grown and sell the babies. Do not put both litters together.
