Gerbil Constipation

Hi

My gerbil seems to be having trouble going to the toilet (both a wee and a poo).  Is there anything I can do as she squeaks whilst trying?

Oh dear, probably not very comfortable for your gerbil. Fruit can sometimes help, strawberries are supposed to be good, so give that a go!

If that doesn't help, it maybe that there is an underlying problem, and you might need to see a vet just to check there is nothing else going on that maybe causing those difficulties!!
