Does their fur stop growing

I have a long haired Syrian hamster, who I've had for almost a year. I'm just wondering; does their fur stop growing, or does it grow throughout their life?

what a good question!

im not to sure on the answer to this, i would assume that they are like most animals, their fur grows very very slowly, but their claws and teeth grow much quicker.

a hamsters teeth never stop growing thats why the gnaw so much and its good to buy chew sticks from your pet store, if your hamsters fur does grow realy long, just take a small pair of scissors carefully to the fur lol.
