syrian hamster testicles

Question
hello.

my hamster is around 14 weeks old now and his left testicle always seems a
bit larger than his right. is this normal?

also when he wakes up, his testicles are almost double the size they normally
are but it soon decreases back to normal size. should i be worried about this?

he seems himself, he doesn't try to bite me or other people,  he seems to run
in his wheel as much as usual, he also has a healthy appetite and does not
appear unhealthy in appearance, but he seems to be biting his bars of his
cage a lot more now and occasionally squeeks.

i clean him out 2-3 times a week and give him fresh food and water each day.
is there something i could do to help him?

Answer
There is no problem with the hamster having different sized testicles individually or all together. They vary in size I believe because the hamster can get excited. If the bar biting is a problem, provide him with hard chew treats like vitakraft raviolos, or switch him into an aquarium where he can't chew.
