Young Roborovski Hamsters

Currently I have 5 about 6 week old roborovski hamsters, they have a large cage with rotastak tubes connecting it. they have all climb their way right to the bottom, they have food and water in there but they seem too small to climb back up, so i have now made the tube length from the bottom to the 1st floor one rotastak tube length. But they still cant get back up so what should i do?

The best cage for Roborovskis is a large glass tank or a cage with only one level - they seem to have difficulty getting to other levels and they can also become territorial over the different levels and start fighting, so i suggest you get them a new cage.
