Answer
Hi Maya,

I apologize - I accidentally clicked the wrong button.

Your dwarf hamsters should be ideal partners - same-gender, same litter.  Right now, they're still adjusting to being by themselves, whereas before, they were among several other hamsters.  What they're doing right now is asserting dominance.  This is completely normal.  Also, dwarf hamsters are very vocal, so the squeaking and squealing will most likely continue.  Unless you see wounds on either hamster, just let them work out their dominance issue.  (If you see a wound on either hamster, they should be separated.)

Make sure you have a fairly large cage, to give both hamsters their space.

If you have any other questions, please feel free to ask.
