eating babies

Hi
My hamster is stuffing her babies in her cheeks and she's really scaring me. Do u know why she's doing this? She's a fist time mother but she was such a good mom the first 2 days i don't know what happened! please respond as fast as you can!

Hi Alexa,

I'm afraid I can't be of much help here.  Is she younger than 4 months old?  If she is, she may be frightened w/ motherhood.  Is she simply putting her babies in her pouch and transporting them?  If she is, then you have nothing to be worried about.  However, like I said, I can't be of much help here, and I would suggest contacting an expert who knows more about pregnancies.
