Can I use cedar bedding for my fancy bear hamster? How long do the fancy bear hamsters last?

thank you for your question.
Cedar bedding is not suitable for hamsters and other rodents because of the volatile oils it contains. These make the bedding smell nice for humans, but hamsters are bothered by the smell and the oils can be harmful to their health.
If you can get it, then I would recommend flax bedding (often used for horses) mixed with a high quality hay. Otherwise, you can find a good guide to bedding that's suitable for your hamster here:

Fancy Bear Hamsters are a colour morph of Syrian hamsters and they live between 2-4 years.
