Difference in colors?

Question

Ferret I have a 3 year old ferret who I have had since he was 8 weeks old. I am very confused as to if he is a Champagne colored ferret or a Cinnamon colored ferret. I have thousands of pictures of him but none show his coloring.

He has a cream color undercoat over his whole body. His guard hairs are a tanish red color. You have to look very closely but his face is a very very light red/orange color. He has burgundy eyes and a pink nose.

I have also been told he is a silver ferret

It doesn't matter but it has bugged me for 3 years

the picture attached is the closest to his coloring as I could get. He is very much lighter than the picture.

I would say that he is probably a cinnamon, but cinnamons and champagnes look quite a bit alike in colorings. I wouldn't say silver at all.
