Question
QUESTION: So my kit, shes about 12 weeks and Ive had her for a month. She was never a problem with where she uses the potty, she always went in the litter pan and never anywhere else in the cage. But 2 days ago she decided to move the litter pan and everytime I would put it back she would move it again so I put the litter pan on the other corner where she went and she didn't move the litter pan from there however she went potty in the original corner where the litter pan used to be. I've re-cleaned the complete litter pan and have put it back to the corner where it belongs but she keeps trying to move it. Why? And how can I stop this?

ANSWER: You could try to attach the litter pan to the cage so she can't move it or place a second one in the other corner.

QUESTION: ... Really? I appreciate you taking the time to answer but .. okay maybe I should of added the fact that that's so simple and if I could attach it to the cage I would of a long time ago but it doesn't and there's no room for another litter pan because of the ramps and levels.

Answer
In the past, we have drilled holes in a plastic litter pan and used the twisty-ties from garbage bags to attach one to a cage. You could try putting newspaper under the ramp if that is where she is going to see if that helps.  While it won't get her into a litter box, it will at least be easier to clean up.  Additionally, watch her as much as you can - don't let her out to play until she has used the litter box.  If you are watching her, pick her up and move her to the right place, then reward her.
