my dog is not eating and drinks just a bit

my dog had head tilt and was treated he had an ear flush due to infection also he had two masses on the left side of his face one was infected and they where removed there was a mass in his he also had three 2-3 cm masses within the lung fields also a abdominal mass which they aspirate the abdomen  they feel that the lung are manifestations of metastatic disease from the belly THE OUT COME WAS MULTIPLE VARIOUS SIZED MASSES WITH THE ABDOMEN WHICH APPEARED TO BE COMPOSED OF FAT MINERALIZATION OF THESE MASSES WAS CONFIRMED  ALSO MULTIPLE NODULES WITHIN THE SPLEEN AND LIVER THEY WERE BENIGN HE HAD SOME LEASSIONS ON HIS LUNGS BUT THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE. NOW HE DOSN'T EAT AT ALL AND WON'T DRINK HE HAS LOST WEIGHT  I DON'T KNOW WHAT ELSE TO DO PLEASE HELP THANK YOU

This is a very difficult and serious situation. Is your dog an older dog? Without having all of his medical information in front of me, it is hard to give you any advice.
I would like to recommend that you take him to a different vet for a second opinion.
