dog bee sting

My dog got stung a week ago most likely in his mouth .I took him to the vet twice they put him on steroids and benedryl for three days.I was wondering if its normal for his neck to still be swollen from the sting?The swollen went down about eighty percent from when it first happened.I have a husky and on top of it he has bad allergies in summer so Im wondering if that made it worse?

Hi Missy,
I would give it about a week , and if it is still swollen call your Vet.  You may need to put him on more meds to bring the swelling down.  If he has allergies, it could have made it worse, especially if allergic to bee stings!
