If my dog is playful and we get him neutered will he still be the same playful dog?

Hello..neutering your dog should not change his personality. Of course, he will be different for a week or two from the procedure..but will be back to normal in no time....In fact, neutering your dog can help deter some behavioral problems so it is a great idea. Good luck
