No, dogs cannot tolerate (cow) milk; it will give them diarrhea. A dog should only be given a good-quality dog food, with possibly fresh fruits and vegetables *in moderation* as a treat.

When shopping for a dog food, make sure the first ingredient is a meat protein, or preferably a meat meal, the grains are limited, and there are *NO* by-products in the food.
