Best way to potty train a Havenese

Hi I just got a new puppy. I bought pads for her to go to the restroom on. The after a few weeks once she gets that down I was going to move them outside so that she will go on them outside and eventually go without them. Is there a better way to go about this. Please HELP!!!

The best way is to take him out right away after he eats, but more importantly whenever he just wakes up.  Only use the potty pads if you cant be around.   When he is in the house he should NOT be given run of the house.  A pup needs to be housebroken in each room.  If you are crating him, he should be taken out every 2 hours if he is about 8 weeks.  You must be watching him all the time so he doesn't have an accident.  Learn his signals, too, so you know when he  has to go.
