My dog has for the past 2 - 3 days, been panting heavily without any exertion, pees frequently, and her nipples are swollen and red. Any ideas?

The panting for no reason can be a sign of pain or discomfort.

All by itself, the swollen red nipples can mean a problem which requires a vet exam. Really though, what's the use of guessing, your dog needs to be examined by a doctor. Your dog deserves better than guesswork, doesn't she?
