Sudden pooping in the house in the middle of the night.

My 14 month old dog has suddenly begun to poop in our bathroom in the middle of the night.  She is confined in our bedroom which has an ensuite bathroom.  She has had kennel cough and has recovered.  The pooping began 1 week before the kennel cough - the poops were not healthy.  Now that she is better she is continuing with the indoor (healthy now) poops.  Help.

Hello, house training begins again sadly, you need to get her out to her ptoty area after she awakes, plays for a long time drinks or eats.....like a young puppy she needs to be for sure let out before bed time for a few minutes and before being crated. it is a good idea to go out with her and when she does go you can tell her shes a good girl and pet her this will click to her that she gets praised for going out doors and probaly yelled at for going indoors. Also close the bathroom door this might help....avoid feeding her late in the evening no later then 5 pm is best and no water after 7 pm is a good idea it works well for me. Try this out this housebreaking porcedure worked three times for my three dogs when they were puppies.
