please help im concerned

my dog we belive is eating cat food and possibly kitty litter and her own food and has been throwing up the last 3 days all over the place 2 or 3 times a day

Dear Jake,

From what you have described I recommend an immediate and possibly emergency visit to the vet.  Your dog may have a blockage due to the kitty litter and it would be wise and possibly life saving to have her seen immediately.
