Are most dogs at shelters potty trained so when they're adopted they know where to potty?

And do all dogs at shelters have to take a personality like test (test to see if dog is aggressive, sensitive with noises,etc.) before sdoption

Well it depends on the dog if it is house trained or not,most adult dogs are,but you still have to teach them when they get home because it's a new place

Most shelters do test dogs to make sure they are safe,but the tests vary from shelter to shelter
