4 year out mix

Can you HELP me!!!  My 3 1'2 year old Chiuaua/ jack mix will not stop using the bath room in the house.  He even goes on beds/ couches and lifts his leg on anything!!  I am to the point where I want to put him down.  I have a 18month old baby, he using the bathroom on his blankets and toy boxes!!

Is he neutered, it sounds like he is marking his territory.  When he is in the house, keep him on a leash as much as possible so you can correct him.  When you have to be out of sight, put him in a crate.  Take him out oftern.
Do not let him have the run of the house. Dogs must be housebroken in each room
