Chewing on Fur

I have recently gotten a new puppy from the local SPCA. She is about 9 months, and rather big dog. I'm not sure if it is fleas, because I have not seen any, but she constantly bites herself. To the point that she had a couple a bald spots. What is it that I can do?

First if you have had the dog checked out at the vet, it may be an anxiety problem. You may need to get in touch with a behaviorist to figure out how to take care of the problem. Sorry i can not help you further here with out seeing the dog. Good luck
