Pomeranian Breeding Question

My female Pomeranian went into heat. She is eight months old. My male locked up with her even though she was wearing a diaper. I was wondering if you could tell me what to expect and if there is anything I can do. I know she is to young. I just don't know anything about breeding dogs. Thank you in advance for anything you can tell  me.

If you get her spayed, this will terminate the pregnancy and also avoid future ones.  She is not too young at all.  Dogs are pregnant for around 63 days.  Litter size ranges from 4-15!
