demodectic mange in mini dachshund puppy

Our 12 week old mini dachshund was just diagnosed with demodectic mange.  She is being treated with Ivermectin.  I was wondering what supplements would be recommended for her to prevent recurrence.  Her diet is currently Purino Pro Plan.  She did not tolerate Science Diet, gave her diarrhea.

Hello, I am sorry to hear your little girl has such a problem...please accept my condolences. I have not delt with Mange of any kind with my dogs so am very unexperianced in the area Pruina Pro Plan is a rather good kibble and one I often reccomend as a meduim to high quaility brand so this shouldnt have been the problem.
