Question
WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO WHEN MY NEW BORN PUPPY IS BORN?
SHOULD I TAKE THEM AWAY FROM THE MOM AND CLEAN THEM BY MYSELF? AND IF I THINK SOME PUPPS WERE BORN DEAD HOW DO I TAKE THEM AWAY FROM HER WITHOUT SHE GETTING MAD?

Answer
Daisy, if there are dead puppies, you need to dispose of them as soon as possible. I'm not sure why you would want to take the healthy pups away from the mother, though. Puppies need to stay with their mother until they are at least 5 weeks old, or until they are weaned. Then, they should stay with their littermates for at least another 3-4 weeks so that they can learn proper doggie etiquette. You should not try to clean the puppies or bother them, as long as the mother dog is taking care of them.

If she is not, you should talk to your vet, and you should also consider having the mother spayed, because she isn't a good mother and it doesn't sound like you know much about breeding. If something were to go really wrong, either during a future pregnancy or during whelping, you might not know what to do and she (and the puppies) could die.
