worried about my doggy!!

I have a 3 yr old Lhasa Apso and the past few days she has been pooping blood. Her stool is fine its after she goes when the blood comes out. At first it was just a couple real light drops but yesterday she pooped 3 times which is unusual. The second time i noticed a big dark red, almost like a blood clot that came out after she was finished. Shes acting normal, playing good and her eating and drinking is normal. The only thing wrong is the blood. I was wondering if maybe she ate some grass that had weed killer on it if that would have anything to do with it or not. I didnt think about it until just now but shes been going to the spot where we spray the weeds and eating the grass. I hope u can help give me an answer on y this could be happening. Thank you for writing to me.  Your sweet Lhasa Apso is very ill.  She needs immediate medical attention.  Pooping blood, especially after eating toxic grass is a sign of something gone terribly wrong.  Please RUSH her to the vet immediately.  Not only could she be suffering from poisoning but she can become anemic and be in real serious life threatening trouble.

In the future, do not use weed killer or any other toxic chemicals on your lawn.  What are a few dandelions for the health and life of your precious dog!
