puppies with teeth nursing on mother

Our puppies will be 4 weeks old on Monday.  However the mom wines and doesn't want to nurse.  The puppies are already wanting to eat soft food.  They already have teeth.
I'm concerned that it's too early to stop the nursing so soon.  What should I do?

Tht is around the age my sisters yorkie wanting to stop nursing her puppies...she stll nursed but not very often. Offer the puppies puppy kibble that has been soked in a tpperware container in hot water and mush it so it's easy for them to eat offer this four times a day and offer water at the same time as well use scaucers or pie-plates as dishes do the puppies can easily get at the food & water.
