Doberman Puppy 4 weeks old spine problem.

I have a puppy out a litter of 8 that has a bump on her spine. she cannot walk properly, kinda like polio.. she pretty much drags her left leg she tries to walk but seems somthing is really wrong with her back legs and spine. any ideas.. maybe mom stepped on her ??

Mom might have stepped on it. Or it could have been injured in the birth process, or it could be a birth defect of some sort. Regardless of cause you need to get this pup seen by a vet asap.  Whatever caused the problem it is serious and will not resolve by itself. You will have to make the decision along with the vet, whether to treat the puppy or put it to sleep depending on the severity of the condition and whether it's even treatable at all,
Don't hesitate, and don't let his puppy suffer any more without a resolution. It's our responsiblity as breeders and pet owners to do what is best for the living creatures that we are responsible for. Particularly those that would not be on this earth if not for us,
