Testicles

Question
I have a border Terrier 8 months old, we took him to the vets when he was 8 weeks old and we got told that 1 testicle had dropped, we took him back in September and seen a different vet but the same practice and she said his testicles haven't dropped. My question is when do they drop.

Well in my experiance with male dogs they start to drop at 5 months old by eight months I neutered my male dog and he had his adult sized tests...my sisters chihuahua's came in by 5 months as well. Retained tests need to be removed I think,  you need to check with a vets and see if they think they are just very late coming in or whats going on.
