5 day old puppy

okay so my moms friend's dog had a liter of 12 puppies.  They are now 5 days old, and only 4 are still alive, they found out it was because the mother wasn't producing milk anymore, so they started giving the puppies away, to i guess foster homes.  well we have one of these puppies, and we are bottle feeding him and such, but we cant get him to use the bathroom, he urinates, but doesn't do much of the other.  his tummy is bloated.... how can we help this matter??
please hurry, time is ticking, another one died today.

The puppies should be kept together and kept warm using a heating pad set on low to medium draped over the side of the box or basket there in(this way they can Not pee on it). You need to feed them milk replacement powder warmed to body temp tested but dropping it on your wrist like babies formula. You Need to use warm wet face cloths to wipe the puppies butts after each meal otherwise they are NOT able to poop/pee properly and will die...a mother dog licks the puppies bottoms to get them to "go" so its a must or they will all die. Keep them on towels that have no loose strings or threds and change when soiled.
