My male Labradoodle has six nipples is this normal?,and my male Labradoodle puppy breaths fast is that normal too?

That sounds about right, although I can't say that I've ever bothered to count the nipples on my male dogs<G>.

As to the fast breathing, that is hard to say without seeing what is going on. If he is being active, he will breathe faster. If he is warm and on the verge of panting, he will breathe faster. If he is relaxed and mellowed out, he should breathe normally.
