grass

Question
I have a 9 week old lab who has decided that she LOVES grass. She is eating it
by the mouthful, then gags.  It is coming out in her poop. Is this something to
worry about?

Answer
As long as she doesn't spit it up in the house, maybe let her go.  Some dogs just seem to eat a lot of grass, but never told me why.  I don't see it really hurting anything.  I think there is a lot more to it than the popular idea they do it when their stomach is bothering them.  If so, my one old Lab is in for a hard time of it until spring.
