Mini Poodle Marking inside the house

I have a 5 year old mini poodle that is totally toilet trained.  However, he is
marking all around the house.  We have 3  other dogs, a golden, a black lab
and a toy poodle.  The golden and lab are male and the toy poodle is female.  
The mini poodle - Remy - also marks everywhere outside - the fence, tires,
cars, posts.  Can you please give some advise to help eliminate this behavior?

Is he, and your other male dogs, neutered, Jo? If not, that would be the first thing I would recommend doing. It won't be a quick fix, but it should help.

Outside, I wouldn't worry about it. Inside, however, is another matter. You need to treat him just like you would an un-housetrained dog. Do not let him out of your sight, so that you can immediately scold him if he lifts his leg in the house, and take him straight outside. If you cannot watch him, crate him or put him in an exercise pen so that he cannot reach anything to lift his leg on (providing he won't lift on the sides of the pen, that is).
