MY DOG ROSIE IS 2YRS OLD I NOTICE SHE LICKS HER PRIVATE AREA ALOT.SHE IS NOT IN HEAT.IS THIS NORMAL?

Some bitches just like to keep themselves clean, but this could also be indicative of an infection of some sort. Does she have any odor in the rear, or is there evidence of any drainage? If she is not spayed, I think I would have a vet take a look at her to make sure that everything is okay.
