dogs eating loquats

My Neighbor has a loquat tree and she does not like my lab. We have found some chewed loquats around our lemon tree. What do you think is happening because I believe laquats are piosonus?

Thank you for writing to me about the loquats and your Lab.

From what you are telling me, either your dog is going onto your neighbor's property, which is not a good idea, or your neighbor is throwing the loquats onto your property, which is an even worse idea.

To keep your dog safe either build a fence (as they say, "fences make good neighbors" or keep your dog confined and walk him on a leash.  Having a bad neighbor is no fun at all but keeping your dog safe is something that will require immediate action on your part.
